Arthritis
Arthritis is defined as the swelling of one or more of the joints in your body. There are multiple different types of arthritis however the two most common types are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis and is caused by wear and tear to our joints over time. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease in which the body attacks itself at the joints eventually destroying the cartilage and joint structure. Patients with arthritis tend to complain of increased pain, decreased range of motion, swelling, stiffness, and redness of that particular joint.
